My background

Hi there, I am Ingrid and a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, based in Worthing. I have always been passionate about massage as a part of our wellbeing, and also as a means to keep fit and healthy. I worked in Health Care for more than 20 years with the focus on people’s mental health and wellbeing. I personally realised that massage always played a vital part in reducing stress and tension within myself and also played a vital part in keeping my soft tissues and muscles healthy. This helped me to realise that I wanted to be able to deliver soft tissue massages method of treatment to others.

I therefore qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist on a Level 4
